At Voltage Coffee Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional materials to ensure a full credit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at a certified carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
